Episode 014: Body Image: Who God Says I Am

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”                                                                                Romans 12:2 (NLT)

It doesn’t matter who the world says we should be or who they think we are…it only matters who God says we are. Body image is something many of us struggle with or have struggled with at some point in our lives. On today’s episode Lauren gets vulnerable with us about how she struggled with body image in the past and how that manifested itself in her life.

“We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ”                                      2 Corinthians 10:5 (NIV)
